to Madhuri NZ. I’m Tamara and I'm so glad you're here!  My mission is to bring more sweetness and light into your life - through sublime yoga practices and simple Ayurvedic health insights for mental and physical well-being. Yoga is a perfect system for balancing the human mind and body, and elevating the soul, the ‘self’. In our sessions, we connect the breath with movement and stillness, for strength, flexibility and restoration. Moments of meditation reconnect us with our inner being for deep peace and satisfaction.

Ayurveda (science of life) works in tandem with Yoga to support optimal health. Whie Ayurveda is ancient, complex and deep, there are many simple practices you can adopt to feel better quickly and move closer to living a purposeful and even blissful existence.
