Feeling blessed to be offering a series of four Holistic Health Morning retreats over the next few months. The first one is one on brain health - Radiant Mind, Sunday July 22nd, 2026, at Ayu Community Space in Central Dunedin.
All our sessions embody a holistic approach to yoga and Ayurveda, which are connected systems perfectly designed for balancing the human mind and body - like a manual for the human body - as well as for moving beyond the human limitations, to realisation of the soul, or the ‘self’. In our sessions, we connect the breath with movement and stillness, for strength, flexibility and restoration. Moments of meditation reconnect us with our inner being for deep peace and satisfaction.

Ayurveda ('science of life') works in tandem with Yoga to support optimal health. While Ayurveda is complex and deep, there are many simple practices you can adopt to feel better quickly and move closer to living a purposeful and even blissful existence.
