New course for keeping the body and soul together longer and with more ease (less dis-ease!) Welcome to Body Balance, where gentle movements and mindful practices converge to harmonize your being. Our 6-session course blends yoga, pilates, & chi kung for older, stiffer, or simply out-of-touch folks.

About the event

In each session, Yoga teacer Tamara will guide you on a  holistic journey aimed at improving your physical flexibility, mental clarity and energy balance. Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

  1. Gentle Yoga: a series of soothing yoga postures to foster flexiblity, strength and release tension.  
  2. Chi Kung Vitality: Experience the gentle movements and controlled breathing,  of chi kung, a centuries-old practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine., to free up the flow of vital energy within, promoting vitality and balance.
  3. Pilates for Core Stability: Strengthen your core and improve posture; Engage your abdominal muscles and cultivate stability, laying the foundation for improved balance and overall well-being.
  4. Balance Enhancement: Cultivate stability and poise through specialized balance exercises designed to enhance proprioception and coordination. With focused practice, regain confidence in movement and navigate daily activities with ease and grace.
