Join us for an evening of deep rest  - breathwork, yoga nidra and meditation. This event is open to beginners and seasoned yogis, focusing on letting go of stress on multiple layers of the body and mind. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blanket, while mats and other props will be available. Don't miss this opportunity to relax and rejuvenate and feel warm and content on the inside.
