Another one of our sublime monthly Yin & Tonic events, this one designed to balance Kapha energy (excess water and earth), to combat feelings of stagnation, boost immunity and reconnect with our natural equilibrium and sense of satisfaction.

About the event
Join us for an evening of deep rest and stretching at the Yin & Tonic event. This event is open to beginners and seasoned yogis, focusing on letting go of stress on multiple layers of the body and mind, through a blend of breathwork, essential oils, yin yoga asana, qigong, and meditation. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blanket, while mats and other props will be available. We'll share a chai at the end.
Location! church hall in Twizel, behind the only the church in town, opposite the Mobil garage. Cost is $15 or near donation. Reach out for bank details or pay cash at the door.
