Join us for a gentle, grounding Yin Yoga session designed to guide you into deep relaxation and self-connection. Yin Yoga focuses on longer-held postures that work deeply into the connective tissues, promoting joint health, flexibility, and a calm, focused mind. This slower, meditative practice is an invitation to pause, breathe, and explore inner stillness, helping release physical tension and mental stress. We'll be weaving in some cooling, calming and groudning essential oil blends as well as some simple qigong forms.
